Bluemont Connection Winter Gravel Series - March 23

Riders will meet and start at the Squirrel Gap Parking Lot in Wardensville, WV. Plan to arrive at 9:30am and be prepared to roll at 10am. Riders are responsible for getting themselves to and from the start/finish, and carpooling is encouraged.

There will be two route options, one 49 miles and the other 33 miles. The routes are the same for the first 15 miles (until the Lost River General Store).

There is one resupply on the shorter route, the Lost River General Store at mile 15. The longer route has additional resupplies in Baker at mile 30 and in Rio at mile 39.

The Fine Print: As always, a helmet is required, a gravel/cx/all road bike in good mechanical condition with 32mm or wider tires is recommended, and a chill, positive attitude is preferred. You should have the route loaded onto your GPS device and be prepared to navigate the route on your own if necessary. You are expected to have the items and ability to repair a flat and a smartphone to ensure you're able to make your way back if you become separated from the group.

The Bluemont Connection Winter Gravel Series is a five-part series of progressively challenging rides leading up to B3 on May 17th.
