Bluemont Connection Winter Gravel Series - February 1

Join us on Saturday, February 1st for the second of a five part winter ride series hosted by Bluemont Connection. This ride starts and ends at the Middleburg Community Center Parking Lot in Middleburg, VA. Additional information is included below.

Riders will meet and start at the Middleburg Community Center Parking Lot. Plan to arrive at 10:30am and be prepared to roll at 11am. Riders are responsible for getting themselves to and from the start/finish, and carpooling is encouraged.
There will be two route options, one 49 miles and the other 38 miles. The routes are the same for the first 31 miles, at which point the longer option splits off towards Unison.
There is one resupply on both routes, the Philomont General Store at mile 29.

The Fine Print: As always, a helmet is required, a gravel/cx/all road bike in good mechanical condition with 32mm or wider tires is recommended, and a chill, positive attitude is preferred. You should have the route loaded onto your GPS device and be prepared to navigate the route on your own if necessary. You are expected to have the items and ability to repair a flat and a smartphone to ensure you're able to make your way back if you become separated from the group.
The Bluemont Connection Winter Gravel Series is a five-part series of progressively challenging rides leading up to B3 on May 17th.
