RubyKaigi 2024 Official Party

Registration will re-open on Day 0 (Tue 14 May 12pm JST) with a small number of additional tickets!

On the evening of the first day of RubyKaigi 2024, we will hold the Official Party! Join RubyKaigi speakers, Ruby committers, and Rubyists from around the world.

Registration is only open to RubyKaigi 2024 attendees, including booth staff. You are also required to have a conference ticket for RubyKaigi 2024 for entry, along with the party ticket.

Reception

All party participants need to visit the conference reception desk for pre-checkin.

Make sure you bring 2 tickets when you arrive in the conference venue.

We may start pre-checkin at the lunch break on Day 1 (party check-in may not be available during Day 1 morning, before the first session)

For Ruby Committers & Speakers

Ruby core team members and RubyKaigi 2024 speakers are welcome to attend without registration! Just bring your Speaker or Committer conference badge to the party.

Transportation

• Free shuttle bus will be provided departing from the RubyKaigi venue.
  • There's no RubyKaigi provided transportation after the party.
  • Seats are limited, first-come-first-served basis.
• Alternatively, you can go to the party venue by public transportation (bus) and walk.

Refund Policy

All sales are final and no refunds will be offered to participants who cancel. You can transfer your ticket to someone else at your own responsibility.
