Pre-Check-In
To attend the Official Party, you'll need to check-in beforehand. Check-in will be available at the reception desk during the conference. The dates and times will be announced closer to the event.
To help us keep things running smoothly, please have the Official Party ticket you purchased ready for display when you check-in.
Ticket information
- Attendence is restricted to Kaigi on Rails 2026 conference ticket holders.
- Exhibitor booth representatives are not permitted to attend.
- Speakers, students, Rails committers, and Supporter ticket holders do not need to purchase a ticket for the Official Party.

Complimentary tickets for Rails maintainers
If you are a member of the Rails Core team, the Committers, or the Issues team as listed on the Ruby on Rails community page, we would be glad to offer you a complimentary ticket.
Please get in touch with us at info@kaigionrails.org rather than purchasing a ticket, and we'll take care of the arrangements.
Refund/Transfer Policy
Cancellations and refunds are not accepted after tickets have been purchased. Tickets are transferable, but any issues related to the transfer are the sole responsibility of the individuals involved.
Receipts
Receipts can be issued from the order confirmation email. They include the registration number of a qualified invoice issuer and are in a format that can be treated as a qualified invoice.
The issuer is the Nihon Ruby-no-kai, a general incorporated association.

- 登壇者、学生、Railsコミッター、Supporterチケットをご購入の皆様は、懇親会チケットの購入は不要です。

返金・譲渡ポリシー
チケット購入後のキャンセル・返金は承っておりません。 譲渡は可能ですが、譲渡に関するトラブルについては、当事者の責任でご対応ください。
領収書について
領収書については注文確認メールから発行していただくことが可能です。適格請求書発行事業者の登録番号が記載されており、適格請求書としての取り扱いが可能な形式となっております。
発行主体は一般社団法人 日本Rubyの会となります。
