Here is a rough possible schedule:
- 9:00 – 9:05 – Greetings – “hi all, here’s what we’re doing here…”
- 9:05 – 9:15 – Intros – name, where you work, why you're here (if time)
- 9:15 – 9:35 – Lightning Talks – 4 people. 5 minutes each.
- 9:35 – 10:15 – Discuss
- 10:15 – 10:30 – Break – because coffee.
- 10:30 – 10:50 – Lightning Talks – 4 more people. 5 minutes each.
- 10:50 – 11:30 – Discuss – some more.
- 11:30 – 12:30 – Wrap-up – Demos? Discussions? More coffee? Maybe code?!
