Move Better with Philly McMahon is the first of a series of FREE pop-up events within the WellGood programme, brought to you by KBC Bank Ireland and WellFest.

This is a unique opportunity to workout with Dublin GAA player and fitness entrepreneur Philly McMahon in the stunning Smock Alley Theatre, Dublin. Join Philly on Wednesday 4th April for a workout incorporating his favourite mobility exercises and an energetic HIIT session.

Philly: “I’m really looking forward to bringing my workout style to the followers of WellGood in Smock Alley. I’ll take you through my favourite dynamic warmup and then get your heart rate up with a bodyweight HIIT routine before finishing with a Q&A. See you there!”

Philly McMahon is founder of BeDo7 fitness club and healthy meal delivery service FitFood, he’s also a best-selling author and winner of 5 All Ireland Senior Football Championships.

What’s to expect from this event? You can expect to get your heartrate up, explore movement and perfect the basics with Philly McMahon as he leads us through an energetic workout with a focus on the importance of mobility and movement. You will leave feeling uplifted, educated and empowered.

Who can attend this event? This is a strictly over 18 event. People of all fitness levels are welcome.

How much are tickets? This is a free event! Due to spaces being limited, tickets are operating on a first come, first served basis.

How do I reserve my spot? Simply register your interest below. Don’t forget it is first come, first served.

What do I need to bring? Yourself, some water and a mat if you have one. Limited mats are available to borrow at the venue, so don’t stress if you don’t have one. Don’t forget to wear your activewear!

Is there parking at the venue? No there is not, the closest car parks are Fleet Street Car Park and Christchurch Car Park.
