Be Mindful and Meditate with Gerogie Browne is part of a series of FREE pop-up events within the WellGood programme, brought to you by KBC Bank Ireland and WellFest.

This is a unique opportunity to to create some space with others by providing you the perfect setting to explore and put into practice the art of mindfulness. This Saturday we want to welcome you to a morning designed purely to clear your mind and cultivate helpful mental strategies.

Whether mindfulness and meditation practice is already part of your wellness routine or an area of wellbeing you are keen to explore, this unique pop-up WellGood workshop hosted by KBC and WellFest is for you!

Join us Saturday 21 April in Smock Alley Theatre, where you will be welcomed with a selection of herbal teas before a workshop led by Leadership Coach and Meditation Consultant Georgie Browne. This tailor-made workshop will focus on giving you tools which will help you to expand resilience, focus and clarity in your day to day life. We will wrap up with a beautiful guided meditation that will leave you feeling calm, grounded and recharged.

This is a free event! Due to spaces being limited, tickets are operating on a first come, first served basis.

Georgie Browne designs and delivers practical skill-building mindful based leadership coaching in both companies and with individual clients. In our new world of always on and always pushing for more, she feels blessed to be able to share practical transformative tools which level-up performance and make you feel happier.

How much are tickets? This is a free event! Due to spaces being limited, tickets are operating on a first come, first served basis.

What do I need to bring? Yourself and an open mind.

Is there parking at the venue? No there is not, the closest car parks are Fleet Street Car Park and Christchurch Car Park.
