Guest Speaker: Aaron Steinberger
Aaron is currently leading operations at Web Summit. He comes to Summit after a 7 year stint at Zynga where he saw the growth from 20 people to over 3000. Most recently he was the Head of Talent for Zynga. His responsibilities ranged from leading staffing and developing hyper-growth strategies, leading global employee redeployments (from web to mobile) development as well company restructures.
Aaron will be speaking in person, about building teams, hiring strategies and planning for scale.

Garden Talks are a weekly evening event (every Wednesday), hosted by the Web Summit team, at our HQ, for the Dublin startup community.
Topics are focused on the challenges faced by early stage startups. Speakers will be selected from our global network work speak about things like:

The talks will be a mix of prepared presentations, off the cuff conversation, and strong Q&A between the speaker and group will be encouraged.
