We love peer to peer web

Imagine if every website was served with a protocol like BitTorrent. How would this change publishing on the Web? How would it change the way we build applications? Would we need servers anymore? Join us for a dive into the peer-to-peer Web with Beaker, an experimental new p2p browser.

Our speaker is Paul Frazee; he works on a peer-to-peer browser called Beaker. He lives in Austin TX and works at a company called Blue Link Labs which runs a public-peer service called Hashbase.

Additional Information

We love tech

This is the first meetup under our new tech community brand welovetech.london.

The idea is to host regular meetups, each with a different theme.  The theme might be a particular framework or language or it could be something broader like “music and tech”.
