Intro Series: Interviewing Users and Journey Mapping

In this workshop, we’ll prepare and conduct a user interview, then use our insights to build a journey map.

We’ll start by identifying our objectives and questions and develop interview questions and protocol. Then, we'll dive right in to interview a user and learn about their workflows and processes. Finally, we’ll debrief after the interview and create a User Journey map based on our data and findings.

Participants will receive the UX Night School User Interview and User Journey Map guides to bring back to their own work.

Snacks and beverages will be provided.
