Tim currently works at Wattpad as a UX Researcher, helping designers, PMs, and the larger organization better understand their users and opportunities to innovate in entertainment. Previously, Tim was the first UX Researcher at 500px where he helped build the research discipline across the organization.

Charlie is the Product & UX Research Lead at Figure 1. He executes research dedicated to uncovering the motivations of healthcare professionals and provides expertise on feature prototyping, user-centered thinking, and frameworks.

Jing Jing has spent the past 5 years amplifying the voice of the customer in the tech space. She is currently the user researcher at Opencare, and had previously led a team of community managers at Wattpad.
