Monash Comprehensive Cancer Consortium guided tour

The Monash Partners Comprehensive Cancer Consortium (MPCCC) is honoured to host UICC delegates on Tuesday, 18 November 2025, from 13:00–16:00. This visit will provide an opportunity to explore our facilities and gain unique insights into Australia’s, and particularly Victoria's, strengths in oncology.

The afternoon will begin with lunch and networking, followed by speeches from Professor Christina Mitchell AO, Executive Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Nursing and Health Sciences at Monash University, and MPCCC Co-Directors Professor Mark Shackleton and Professor Melissa Southey AO. Delegates will also enjoy a panel discussion highlighting collaborative approaches to advancing cancer research and care.

The program will showcase MPCCC’s leadership in decentralised cancer care and precision oncology. Through this visit, delegates will gain a deeper appreciation of Victoria's role as a hub of cancer innovation and its commitment to equity of care across our state.

A bus will depart from the Pan Pacific Hotel at 1:45 pm and return at the same location at 3:45 pm at the latest.
