Itinerary

Class begins at 8:30 AM and ends at 4:30 PM. There will be a 1 hour lunch break around 12 pm.

Instructor

Joey Spooner is an Accredited Kanban Trainer and Kanban Coaching Professional at TriTech Enterprise Systems, Inc. In a 16 year career spanning the communications, insurance, higher education, non-profit, and government sectors, Joey has been a software developer, IT director, strategic analyst, and technical expert. Parking

Parking is available in the area. Please search for parking to find the best location and rate for you.

Metro

Stop at Largo Town Center Metro station on the blue or silver line. You will need to use Uber, Lyft, or TheBus to get to the training facility.

Internet

WiFi will be provided.

Meals and Refreshments

• Catering will be provided for breakfast and lunch
• Refreshments include all day sodas, coffee, and tea (we guarantee you'll be caffeinated). We also provide water as well.

Cancellation Policy

Full refunds will be issued for all cancellations occurring at least 5 business days in advance of the event. For cancellations inside 5 business days, a redeemable credit will be issued for use at a future event.

Please note that in order to make the course economically viable we need a minimum of 4 students.

Please be advised that events can be subject to changes in date and/or venue due to acts out of our control such as bad weather, civil unrest, etc. It is recommended that you purchase changeable and refundable transportation and accommodations. TriTech Enterprise Systems will not be responsible for incurred costs in the event that we need to make changes due to circumstances beyond our control.
