Itinerary

Class begins at 8:30 AM and ends at 4:30 PM. There will be a 1 hour lunch break around 12 pm.

Instructor

Joey Spooner is an Accredited Kanban Trainer and Kanban Coaching Professional at TriTech Enterprise Systems, Inc. In a 15 year career spanning the communications, insurance, higher education, non-profit, and government sectors, Joey has been a software developer, IT director, strategic analyst, and technical expert. He blogs at www.spoonstein.com and tweets as @spoonstein. Joey holds a Bachelors in Business Administration.

Parking And Public Transportation

Driving

Located between Garrison and Fessenden Streets, NW, just 3 blocks south of Western and Wisconsin Avenue intersection at Friendship Heights.

Parking

Residential street parking in the neighborhood for 2 hours (check signage), metered parking on the street in front of Hera Hub DC, and in the lot behind the building. Parking fees are $4 for 1 hour, $7 for 2 hours, $10 for over 2 hours to all day. Payment is by credit card only. Lot entrance is on Fessenden Street, NW, last entrance on the right, marked 5028 Wisconsin Avenue.

Metro

Take the Friendship Heights/Jenifer Street, NW metro exit and walk 2 1/2 blocks south on Wisconsin Avenue.

Cancellation Policy

Full refunds will be issued for all cancellations occurring at least 5 business days in advance of the event. For cancellations inside 5 business days, a redeemable credit will be issued for use at a future event.

Please note that there is a class limit of 13 students. Also note that in order to make the course economically viable we need a minimum of 5 students.

Please be advised that events can be subject to changes in date and/or venue due to acts out of our control such as bad weather, civil unrest, etc. It is recommended that you purchase changeable and refundable transportation and accommodations. TriTech Enteprise Systems will not be responsible for incurred costs in the event that we need to make changes due to circumstances beyond our control.
