Kanban Management Professional

Have you already taken your Kanban System Design (KMP I) course and are ready to learn how to manage Kanban systems? This final two day session is about managing and making decisions using the Kanban Method. You'll expand on your current design knowledge using systems thinking, lean methods, and more to continuously improve your organizational or team systems. You'll walk away with a clear understanding of how to measure and improve the quality and predictability of your systems. Successful completion of this course, along with your previously completed KMP I, will grant you the accredited Kanban Management Professional (KMP) title.

Itinerary

Class begins at 9:15 AM and ends at 4:45 PM. There will be a 1 hour lunch break around 12 pm.
