Description

This course will teach you the coaching tools and techniques to be successful leading significant evolutionary change initiatives. You'll learn how to support and coach enterprises up to Maturity Level 2 or Maturity Level 3 at scale. This class offers a codified Kanban Method approach to introducing and implementing change and is specifically designed to follow the Kanban Maturity Model class.

Prerequisites

The Kanban Management Professional (KMP) credential and completion Kanban Maturity Model (KMM) training course is required.

Support your clients as a Kanban Coaching Professional (KCP)

To achieve the Kanban Coaching Professional (KCP) credential, you must have the Kanban Management Professional (KMP) credential, and completed the Kanban Maturity Model (KMM) and Kanban Coaching Practices training. You are encouraged to have read the book Kanban Maturity Model by David J Anderson and Teodora Bozheva.

Itinerary

Each day, class will begin at 9 AM and end at 5 PM EST. The training will take place over two days.

Instructor

Joey Spooner is an Accredited Kanban Trainer and Kanban Coaching Professional at TriTech Enterprise Systems, Inc. In a 19 year career spanning the communications, insurance, higher education, non-profit, and government sectors, Joey has been a software developer, IT director, strategic analyst, and technical expert. How to Access the Training

We use Zoom for our training. Once registered, you will be given the Zoom link 24 calendar hours before the course starts.

Cancellation Policy

90% refunds will be issued for all cancellations occurring at least 50 calendar hours in advance of the event. For cancellations inside 50 calendar hours, a redeemable credit will be issued for use at a future event.
