TBA - Leading with Integrity Amidst Transformation
The Trinity Business Alumni (TBA) is hosting a panel discussion entitled 'Leading with Integrity Amidst Transformation' with leaders from the areas of politics, media and business. At a time of great change, our moderator, Susan Cox (Irish Times), will be asking the panelists to reflect on the impacts to their respective areas and how to respond in a principled way.

Taking place in the KPMG Theatre (Room 3.22), Trinity Business School at 6pm, the event will begin with a panel discussion, followed by Q&A from the audience followed by an opportunity for networking.
Panelists:
- Senator Lynn Ruane
Lynn Ruane is an independent politician from Tallaght, who has served as a Senator and the deputy leader of the Civil Engagement Group in Seanad Éireann since 2016. A long-time community and drugs worker, Lynn now champions the causes most close to her heart and community in Ireland’s parliament. Lynn attended Trinity College through the Trinity Access Programme, graduating with an honours degree in Political Science, Philosophy, Economics and Sociology in 2016
- Dr. Emmet Oliver
Dr Emmet Oliver is a business historian, lecturer and doctoral graduate in the discipline of financial history of the School of Business in Trinity College. Emmet’s research area is the history of Ireland’s services economy from independence onwards, and recently published a book entitled 'Nation Building, Government, Business and Power, 1922-1958'.
- Breda O'Toole
Breda O'Toole is the Head of Talent Development & Digitalisation in IDA Ireland. A native of Connemara, Breda joined IDA Ireland 21 years ago and has held a number of roles with a focus on talent development after spending much of her career in the UK and holds a master’s degree in strategic human resource management from Manchester Metropolitan University.
