About speakers and organisers

Dana Minbaeva is a Professor of Strategic and Global Human Resource Management at the Department of Strategy and Innovation, and the Vice-President for International Affairs at Copenhagen Business School. Her research focuses on strategic international HRM, knowledge sharing and transfer in multinational corporations. Professor Minbaeva published more than 50 articles in international peer reviewed journals, numerous book chapters and reports. She received several national and international awards for research achievements and knowledge dissemination, including the prestigious JIBS Decade Award 2013. Dana Minbaeva is the founder and the director of the Human Capital Analytics Group.

Nick Jones is currently a HR Data & Analytics Manager at Deloitte. With more than 10 years’ experience in HR analytics, Nick is passionate about the management of HR data, systems & analytics by developing and delivering accurate and valid MI reporting service within HR and across the business from which key decisions can be made. He is specialised in Workday, Oracle, SAP, Success Factors, Tableau, and Infographic design.

Alan Lawless is a Senior Director, Organizational Development and Transformation at Oracle Digital EMEA. Alan is passionate about the Future of Work & Digital Sales Transformation within large, complex organizations. He leads his team working on both short and long-term business improvement and transformation projects in OD EMEA. including but not limited to improving digital customer experience, delivering modern employee experience, building best-in-breed work environments, creating unique digital culture through communication, driving advanced learning & development programmes and future-proofing business through special initiatives.

Na Fu is an Associate Professor in Human Resource Management and Director for MSc Human Resource Management at Trinity Business School. She is also the Digital HR Lead at the Trinity Centre for Digital Business. Na’s research excellence in strategic human resource management is evidenced by the top-tier international journal publications, and also reflected by the impact it has made towards industries and in classrooms. Currently, she is working on people analytics, and high performance work systems projects.

The Trinity Centre for Digital Business aims to be a leader in the creation and dissemination of knowledge around Digital Business. The centre develops multi-disciplined research in all area of business revolutionised by digital technologies. The centre sits at the heart of Trinity College Dublin and the digital capital of Europe, home of the European headquarters of Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, and Airbnb, among many others. The centre benefits from the expertise and collaboration with existing Trinity academic centre of excellence such as www.adaptcenter.ie and has established international partnership with the Research Centre for Intelligent Marketing at HIT China and the Big Data Research Centre of ESCP – Europe, Paris.
