The Bretzel Bakery & Real Bread Ireland are holding a landmark event, The Real Bread Gathering from 7pm onwards. We will bring together some of the best craft bakers and campaigners in Ireland for a talk and a panel discussion on all things real bread!

We will host a panel of Real Bread members & our guest speaker on the night will be Andrew Whitley who will be sharing his knowledge of 7 years of the Real Bread Campaign UK. Our panel will also include Jp Mcmahon, chef, restaurateur, author and founder of the Food on the Edge 2 day event, and culinary director of the EatGalway Restaurant Group.
