These are fun times for your Saturday afternoon before the MailChimp party.

• You can only sign up for one.
• All activities are scheduled from 2:00-4:00pm on Saturday.

Southern Cooking Class (30 spots)

• Learn from master chef Mark Pollard of Charleston Cooks as he makes a classic Southern meal: Fried Chicken with Pan Gravy, Cheddar Cheese and Chive Biscuits, and Bourbon Pecan Pie. As a bonus, you'll get a glass of wine while learning these recipes and techniques, then sample the finished product. Bon appétit.

Laser Tag (35 spots)

• This year at Grok, all we wanted was to be able to play laser tag in an old abandoned building. Sadly, we had to settle for the next best thing, an abandoned call center. We are building barriers and obstacles to make this the most fun you've ever had in an ex-cube farm.

Bike the Swamp Rabbit - SOLD OUT

• Some say Greenville was built for two wheels, and we quite agree. Join us for an afternoon cruise. Men's and women's bikes will be available.

Hike the Blue Ridge Mountains - SOLD OUT

• Great things happen where man and mountain meet. Join us for a short, fun hike in the beautiful Mountain Bridge Wilderness Area.

Learn How to Brew Beer (40 spots)

• You've always enjoyed consuming–now you can learn the black art of making. The Tavern crew is going to show us how beer is made, and you'll get to try a bottle crafted specially for this event.

Ice Cream Social (no limit)

• This will be a grand old time of free ice-cream and warm, friendly chatter. There's nothing finer on a summer afternoon.
