TechTO Patio Dinner

We are back!

The tech community showed unrivalled resilience, innovation and growth over the last year, and we want to come together to share, learn and connect again.

This is an outdoor patio dinner where our tech community can come together safely in-person. You will be seated at tables of 6 together with diverse Toronto technologists with differing interests and varying levels of experience but all with a shared goal: To help the Canadian tech community win together! We hope you'll use the opportunity to expand your network and help others with their goals, and we'll be providing some unique table-top exercises as part of the evening's programming to help make sure you leave with an expanded professional network. If you'd like to be seated with friends or colleagues, please purchase up to six tickets during checkout.

Every ticket includes food and a drink (beer, ready made cocktails, or non-alcoholic). The menu will be posted in advance, and will include an option for vegetarian and vegan diets. You'll be able to add to your order on your own tab with no limits all night long, so please enjoy the evening and support our local restaurants!

Safety is our number one priority and to ensure everyone is safe we have changed up a few things while still bringing you the TechTO you love. Dinner and drinks will be brought to your table, so you won't need to get up. There will not be the traditional mingling to limit exposure. Programming will include knowledge sharing from Canadian tech leaders, but also small group exercises at your table. For your own safety, we strongly recommend that you be fully vaccinated before attending this dinner.

TechTO continues to provide the opportunity to meet people who can accelerate your career, learn information that can advance your company, and celebrate the achievements that make Toronto and Canada the best place in the world to start or grow a technology company.

Schedule

6:00 pm — Doors open! You'll be brought to your tables for food and drinks.

7:00 pm — Community open mic, speaker presentations, Q&A, and table-top exercises.

8:30 pm — Continued food and beverage service at your table.

Rain policy

The event venue is entirely outdoors, in the case of rain the event will be moved to a later date in September to be confirmed.

Tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred to an upcoming event as long as requested 48 hours before the event.  If you require financial assistance - we are here to help! Email info@techto.org for more details.

COVID-19 Protocols

TechTO will be adhering to all municipal, provincial and federal guidelines in relation to COVID-19 safety. All guests will be subject to a questionnaire and will be asked to participate in contact tracing on entry. You will receive additional information by email in advance of the event. Masks will be required at all times unless eating or drinking. These protocols may change at any time before or during the event. If you are found to be in non-compliance for any reason during the event, you will be escorted out of the venue with no refunds.
