About the Untangle Journey:

Chill and relaxing, Untangle is a time for you to release the modern-day stressors that ramp up the nervous system into a perpetual state of tension and unease. We use the hot and cold to *consciously* throw ourselves into natural environmental stressors so that we can spend the rest of the week living effortlessly in the loving, receptive, positive state of the parasympathetic.
