What you need to know prior to the event:
- Complete the Waiver
- Please arrive 10-15 minutes before the event to check in
- There are lockers, bathrooms and showers on site (including towels, soap and shampoo)
- Normal workout clothes and water bottles would be recommended for the session
- If there are any recovering injuries or limitations when attending, please make sure to inform Coach Richmond before the session
- Do not worry about experience level, class will be scalable to all levels even if this is your very first time doing class-based training or Crossfit/ Cross-Training style programming
- Any participants for this event who wish to continue training with the Academy by purchasing a membership, there will be a limited time discount to all participating on select memberships (Please check with the Academy's staff)
