Air yoga is a new and unique kind of yoga practice; it combines Asanas (Yoga Pose), pilates, dance and relaxation with the hammock. It frees your body and mind to a whole new level.
We promise that this event with Coach Rowan Mohamed will be one of a kind and will give you the relaxation you deserve after a long week. We made sure its on Friday to prepare you for the upcoming week.
