Know Yourself, Know Your Team
Time: 9 AM to 12 PM
Teamwork is known to be the ability of a team to work together towards a common vision. Corporations invest so much effort in promoting teamwork and integrating the concept to its corporate culture, giving the positive impact on the business productivity, growth, and profit.
However, there is an overlooked fundamental issue that businesses have recently identified a question that triggered various major corporations and lead them to consider hiring in-house psychologists. How can team members work together, if they don’t know themselves?
In this three-hour workshop, participants will explore themselves in various roles, get to experience an authentic manner of team work, and further understand the mind programs and conditions that are impacting their ability to work with others and embrace their true skills.
Participants will get to realize how pleasing others could hinder their emotional and mental capacity. They will learn different ways of reconnecting with themselves and others in a healthy manner. And, most importantly develop a healthier communication mechanism that feeds their souls, instead of wasting their energy - to simply – get the work done!
