'Grow' with the 'Flow'
Time: 9 AM to 12 PM
This three-hour workshop is dedicated to start-ups and young entrepreneurs. Starting up a business can trigger fears, uncertainties, and lack of flexibility. In this workshop, participants will learn to surrender, let be, and "grow – with – the flow"
Various topics and exercises will be discussed and conducted during the workshop.
Open discussions and activities that will help participants embrace their fears of growth, the barriers stopping them from succeeding, and move from the ‘wishful’ thinking to a realistic and profitable mindset will be executed.
Visualization techniques, breathing exercises, somatic movement, journaling, and other integrated methods will take place during the workshop.
