The future of leadership lies not in relentless doing, but in mindful being

What you will learn? In a rapidly changing world marked by disruptive innovation and the adoption of artificial intelligence, the conventional paradigms of leadership are being challenged in dramatic ways. During this time of change, it is imperative that we return to the core of our humanity. We must honor what it means to be human.

The highest form of leadership can be boiled down to this definition: Leadership is the act of creating space for people to be. The future of leadership lies not in relentless doing, but in mindful being. It is about creating space for individuals to be, honoring their inherent humanity. As the boundaries between man and machine blur, and people find themselves caught in the fast-paced whirlwind of technological advancement, understanding the shift from doing to being is imperative.

The future will require that leaders turn within themselves to develop greater discernment and expanded consciousness. It will also require that leaders model an example for others by honoring the Being-ness of the souls they influence.

How introverts can find their voice in an extroverted world

What you will learn? 1. I will share my 40-year journey of self-discovery from an introverted\, shy artist to the aha moment that led me to creative leadership roles at some of the most creative companies in the world.   2. I have discovered simple techniques to help introverts get heard by leaning into their introversion and learning to effectively pitch their ideas.

3. I will also share my thoughts to extroverts that will help them see the benefits of including introversive thought in their projects.

Antonio Soler Exploring through his very own real life experience, Antonio Soler says that believing in yourself could take you anywhere, regardless of your background. While it might take some time and ups and downs, you can achieve anything by believing you will ultimately make it. 

In Antonio's case, he got a full time scholarship to pursue an MBA, a Master's degree and a bachelor's degree. He is also the first member of his family to attend university. Antonio says to use your background as your engine, as your advantage. Don't let your background hold you back. Antonio grew up with no father, the youngest of five. His mother is a cleaner. 

And still, he was able, through scholarships, to attend the best education around the world; Johns Hopkins business school for an MBA, University College Dublin for a Master's degree in international relations and a bachelor's degree in international business.
