This session covered the three principles of zero trust security and how they can be applied to protecting your Azure tenants.
In this session Alan showed attendees how to protect and mitigate against ransomware and cryptomining attacks and discussed methods for minimising the blast radius if suffering a security breach.
Advanced Azure Network Security: Design Patterns and Best Practices
Alan demonstrated how attendees can take their Azure networking knowledge to the next level with this deep dive into secure network design and operations. He explored proven design patterns and best practices in access control, security, and network management.
Attendees left having learned how to implement secure Azure networks with confidence, drawing on real-world customer scenarios and hands-on experience.

Alan has been an IT Professional for over 25 years. Specialising in infrastructure, he has a strong focus on cloud services and in particular with Microsoft Azure which he has been using since 2015.
