Terms: tickets are non-refundable. However, you may transfer a ticket to another person up to one week prior to the event. To do so, open the ticket confirmation email and click on the "Edit Details" button in the email. That will take you to your private ticket page, where there's a "Reassign" button at the top. Since many people attendee conferences for the networking, we like to highlight some of the great people who will be coming, like you (e.g. on our Attendees page on our website)--you agree we may list your name and/or headshot on lists of attendees (but you can certainly opt out -- just drop us a line at hello@techfire.co). Speakers listed are confirmed, but sometimes due to emergencies come up and a speaker may be unavailable at the last minute--in which case a substitution may be made.
