Products don’t have an end date or end state. They are never truly "finished" and exist long into the future. Unfortunately, a lot of organizations aren’t able to shift from Project to Product because they struggle with the adaptive nature of product development. We believe the key to success is to create an environment in which change can emerge and empowered teams can build adaptive and sustainable products.
