TCD Association Scotland - Summer Outing 2019
This year's Summer Outing of the TCD Association Scotland will be held at the V&A, Dundee on Saturday 10th August. A “Highlights” tour has been arranged which includes the architecture and design aspects of this exceptional building. Friends and family will be very welcome to join.
The group will meet for coffee at 10.30am, with the tour to take place from 11.30am–12.30pm, followed by an optional lunch. The charge for the outing and tour will be £10 per person. Please scroll down for a full schedule for the day.

OUTING SCHEDULE: The tour will commence at 11.30am and take approximately one hour.
The plan is that we should meet for coffee in the café on the ground floor from 10.30am. After the tour we have made a group booking for lunch in the Tatha Restuaurant which is upstairs in the V&A. As a group we have the choice of a 2 (£22) or 3 (£28) course set menu. People would then be free to visit the permanent and special exhibitions in the afternoon. The current special exhibition is “Videogames”.
HOW TO GET THERE & PARKING
Travel by train is convenient as the train station is just across the road from the V&A. There is a small pay and display car park near the Discovery Centre which is also next to the V&A.
