St Patrick's Day Talk & Alumni Lunch in Edinburgh

The TCD Alumni Association of Scotland is celebrating St Patrick's Day 2020 with a talk on the medical and surgical history of Edinburgh, followed by lunch in The Royal Scots Club, Edinburgh. All alumni and friends are welcome!

DATE & TIME: Saturday 14 March, 12.00 noon

VENUE: The Royal Scots Club, 29–31 Abercromby Place, Edinburgh EH3 6QE

TICKETS: £39 per person, includes a three-course lunch and wine

Dr Howard Moody's talk, "We are all Trinitarians", will look at the key role played by the Royal College of Surgeons and the University Medical School in the growth of the world's medical knowledge, together with some of the characters (both reputable and otherwise!) involved.

The group will meet in the Library at noon for drinks and the lecture will begin at 12.30pm, followed by lunch at 1.30pm. If needed, overnight accommodation is available at the Club (0131 525 6170).
