North West England Alumni Autumn Event
The North West Alumni Branch will be hosting their Autumn event on Thursday, 28 September 2017 at 2pm at Combermere Abbey. The tour will last for 2 hours and will cost £12.00 per person. A table has been booked in the Combermere Arms at 12.30pm for those that wish to meet for lunch before the tour. Attendees are asked to arrive at the Abbey entrance by 1.50pm.

This is a former monastery, later a country house, founded in the 1130s, a hidden gem on the borders of Cheshire & Shropshire. We will discover the Abbey, its extraordinary history and the story of its restoration on a guided tour of the house itself.
