Quality of Testing - Then, Now & Tomorrow
The software testing profession has been around for approximately 70 years. Since then, a lot has changed in the world of testing but nothing much seems to have changed in the ways we test, if we are to think of testing more in depth.
In computer software industry, software quality and testing are often related to each other. Though testing does not directly assure quality, it certainly helps to uncover the details that help us form informed opinion about quality. But how often do we think critically about the quality of testing itself?
The theme “Quality of Testing – Then, Now & Tomorrow” aims to explore what does high quality testing look like in 2025 and onwards.
This theme invites a deeper exploration of the invisible layers of testing: the judgments made under uncertainty, the biases embedded into automated systems, and the ethical responsibilities testers carry in an interconnected world. It’s a call to examine the interplay between the notion of working software and the empathy required to evaluate software’s impact on real human lives.

When and where is the conference?
The conference is taking place on the 31st of July at the Connexion Conference & Event Centre (Nexus), Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Is there a code-of-conduct?
Yes, you can read it here, and it is enforced.
Do you offer group discounts?
Yes! If you purchase a minimum of 5 tickets you will get a discount of 35% from the regular ticket fare.
Where should I stay?
We have secured fixed rates at a few hotels in Kuala Lumpur, please let us know if you need the details.

Will there be food?
Yes! Its all included in your ticket fare. Refreshments during the day and lunch will be provided. If you have dietary requirements, please let us know as soon as possible so we can do our best to cater for it. You will be asked for these once you've purchased your ticket, so make sure you complete it.

Cancellation Policy:
- Until 15th May 50% of the registration fee is refundable – After 15th May tickets are non-refundable.
- Tickets are transferable till 25th June.
No refunds or credits will be available for Participants who fail to attend the event.
Cancellation of Event: We reserve the right to postpone/cancel an event or change the location of an event because of insufficient enrollment, earthquakes, political instability, or any reason the company deems fit at their discretion and volition.
If we cancel an event, a 100% refund will be allowed. However, travel, logistics or any personal expense incurred by Participant will not be refunded.
In case we cancel/postpone an event, the Participant(s) will be rescheduled for any upcoming event without any extra charges. However, this is subject to the availability of the seats in the forthcoming event.
Is there an option for invoice payment done through my company? Yes, please drop us an email, we will share the invoice and bank details for you to proceed with that.
