The Research Operations Fundamentals Masterclass provides a grounding in what research operations is and how to deliver operations with minimal resources or significant organisational commitment.
The masterclass is for practitioners looking to build a qualitative research practice that is ethical, efficient, impactful and scalable and is led by Kate Towsey, who has been instrumental in growing and shaping the research operations practice globally.

PROGRAM
The masterclass runs from 9 am to 5 pm, with an hour break for lunch.
The masterclass combines focussed talks, hands-on activities and group discussion, with plenty of unique support material. Each masterclass is limited to 24 attendees. Light lunch is provided.
Please bring your laptop to this masterclass.
VENUE
The masterclass will be held at a central San Francisco location. Attendees will be notified via email after sign up by two weeks prior to the event.
