Vaccination is required for all attendees.
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Until Aug 25th - cancellation allowed with full refunds
- Aug 26-Sept 8th - cancellation allowed, less fee of $250 per ticket
- after Sept 8th - no cancellation allowed
Transfers are allowed with no fee until the day prior to the preconference (Sept 21). If you are experiencing COVID symptoms or have a positive COVID test - please DO NOT attend! We will provide a voucher you can use for a future year registration.
