Festive Star Workshop
Come to the Memorial Hall Stotfold for our Everyday histories event on the 16th September 2026.
We are offering the opportunity to mirror the lost straw platting industry in Stotfold by taking part in a Festive willow star Workshop in the hall from 2 pm. You will be using locally grown Stotfold willow to creating a classic rustic willow star, which you can take home and add your own Christmas themed ornaments and greenery for a natural, locally sourced and sustainable ornamental door decoration. The tutorials will be running from 2pm and are free of charge including materials.

Tape measure or ruler
Light refreshments will be available
