We are thrilled to be joined by Clinishift founder Aimée Madden. Earlier this year Aimée was named the winner of the 2018 Bolton Trust /PWC Innovation Awards.

The aim of the CliniShift software suite is to enable hospital managers to better engage with their clinical staff, removing the need for manual processes and inconvenient forms of communication. The team at Clinishift has built specific algorithms into their platform to maximise shift acceptance for the allocation of overtime and contingency shifts in real-time.
