Fly up, ride down.
The Rainbow Mountain is an expert only downhill trail, and we will require you to pass an ability test ahead of the event (on the day before). If you're not sure your skill level is quite right, think double black diamond trail. Eat those for breakfast? You're good to go. And yes, this means full face helmets and downhill bikes are mandatory.
