Additional Information

Soul of the City is a Brighton based choir and has been singing in excellent venues since 2009. Highlights have included performing at The Roundhouse, Brighton Dome and singing with Reef at Concorde 2 as part of their tour!

This time, we will be doing a joint gig with the incredible Choir With No Name! This will mark a full year of us raising awareness for and singing with this incredible choir!

Backed by professional musicians expect some absolute classics!

If you've never experienced the amazing feeling and power of being enveloped in harmony, come and see what it's like!

If you have experienced it, then you know the treat that is in store!

Choir With No Name is a charity and there will be an opportunity to donate at the end of each show!

Here's a bit more about the brilliant Choir with No Name!

****Choir with No Name Brighton** is a community choir involving people who have a lived experience of homelessness, housing insecurity or marginalisation, either current or past.

Their weekly rehearsals offer a safe space for people to sing their hearts out, where people going through a tough time can build confidence, skills, friendships and a real sense of belonging.

W*eekly rehearsals are fun and welcoming, and always include lots of tea, biscuits, and singing. Rehearsals end with a delicious hot meal eaten together, cooked by a wonderful team of volunteers.*

They love to get audiences involved with their upliting, singalong repertoire, and have two important mantras for their gigs:

1) If we’re not having fun, we’re doing it wrong 2) If in doubt, dance.

These gigs are really popular, so we're doing 2 shows! One at 6pm and one at 8.30pm, we can not wait.

It's going to be a cracker of a show, hope to see you there!
