AI Engineer Summit 2025
The AI Engineer Summit is the #1 technical conference in the world for AI engineers and leadership (CTOs & VPs of AI) to meet, learn, and advance the field, for the third year running (2023, 2024).
The theme of this Summit is Agents at Work! We are convening the top AI Agent builders in the field to share their work, discuss problems, and propose solutions for 2025 to succeed as the Year of Agents.
We believe that in 2025 we may see the first Al agents "join the workforce" and materially change the output of companies.

This is our first year also operating in NYC, showing off the best of the NYC AI scene across two tracks (sold separately):
AI Engineering Track
This track has a strong focus on agents in production, including but not limited to applications in finance (Jane St, Bloomberg, Thomson Reuters, Klarna) and large enterprises (tba). We also feature agent talks from major labs across Meta, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google DeepMind (DeepResearch & NotebookLM), Klarna, Sierra, Instacart, GitHub, LinkedIn, Jane Street, Morgan Stanley and more, as well as highly rated workshops for getting guided hands on with the top builders.
- Onsite evening social (& early registration) for the Engineering track is Thursday, Feb 20 at the TimesCenter from 4pm - 7:00pm.
- Session day for the Engineering track is Friday, Feb 21 at the TimesCenter.
- Workshops for the engineering track are Saturday, Feb 22 and are held offsite (venue tbd).
AI Leadership Track
For CTOs and VPs of AI, our incredibly popular AI Leadership track returns for solving the hardest problems running AI engineering orgs at scale, with topics ranging from AI Strategy, AI Security, Hiring and Building AI Orgs, Trust, Bias & Safety, executive briefings for VPs of AI, and more. You’ll hear from companies including Anthropic, OpenAI, Datadog, Thomson Reuters, AI-Execs, Arista Networks, Privacera & more to be announced.
- Session day for the Leadership track is Thursday, Feb 20 at the TimesCenter.
- Friday is an optional meeting day for both facilitated and self-organized brunch and lunch meetings.
- Saturday is optional workshop day (accessible with Leadership track pass).
Our events typically serve 3 specific personas:
- the generalist software engineer onboarding to AI
- the shipped-to-production AI engineer, and
- VP's of AI (and other technical AI leaders).
For this AI Eng Summit, we are focusing exclusively on advanced, in-production usecases (no vendor pitches, only real war stories/advice) and hard-won leadership lessons. If you are new to AI Engineering, this conference is not suitable for you, and we recommend our 2025 SF World's Fair instead, which has 10+ tracks including beginner workshops & talks.
Location for each respective Session Day is at the TimesCenter in NYC:

- Feb 21: Engineering Track Sessions -- Agents at Work (onsite at TimesCenter) + AI Leadership brunch/lunch meetings (offsite)
- Sat, Feb 22: Engineering Track Workshops (offsite: AWS and Jay Suites)
