Program Schedule: High-level overview

• Sunday, Oct 8, 6 - 9pm: Welcome Reception at the Hotel Nikko
• Monday, Oct 9, 9am - 2pm: Four concurrent workshops (included with your ticket, info coming soon) + sponsor expo
• Monday, Oct 9, 2pm - 10pm: Expo, keynotes, facilitated networking
• Tuesday, Oct 10, 9am - 7pm: Full day of talks with onsite lunch + onsite afterparty
• Wednesday, Oct 11, 9am - 4pm: Various technical workshops offsite (sold separately, info coming soon)

Hotel

We have a limited number of rooms at a discounted rate at the hotel venue, Hotel Nikko. Book your stay here. We recommend staying Sunday night, Monday night, and Tuesday night. Add Wednesday night if you want to stay for the offsite workshops.
