Menu for Change dinners @ 1000 Trades

Most people are aware that food waste accounts for a massive proportion of what is produced, both at home and whilst eating out…for example more than one third of all bread produced does not make it into the mouths it’s been made for. In conjunction with Slow Food Birmingham, 1000 Trades will be hosting a series of one day pop-ups in Zero Waste Week with some of Birmingham’s most innovative chefs using ingredients from sources that actively reduce food waste to create delicious, varied dishes that will aim to inspire.
