Hamburg Service Jam

You are invited to be part of the first-ever Global Service Jam in Hamburg! Join us for 48 hours of jamming together to change the world! It doesn't matter what your professional background is– anyone of any age or experience can join. If you want to learn a Design Thinking or Service Design process in a practical, hands-on and fun way, this is the jam for you! For more details, look below or contact the organizer for further questions.

What is a Service Jam?

One special weekend, people interested in service and customer experience will meet at locations all over the globe. They will be designers, students, academics, business people, unemployed people, customers, moms, kids and grand-dads. In a spirit of experimentation, innovation, co-operation and friendly competition, teams will have less than 48 hours to develop and prototype completely new services, products or initiatives inspired by a shared theme. At the end of the Jam, their collection of brand new insights and prototypes will be published to the world. ‍

Why join a Service Jam?

It's all about exploring, connecting and creating. You will have the chance to break free from your day-to-day and learn how to work and collaborate through productive play and fun. You will meet new people in your city and connect to a global community of innovators. Immerse yourself in a creative process and prototype a new product or service to inspire the world.
