How Accounting Automation Can Help You Scale

Parag Mamnani, CEO of Webgility

Accounting automation can help Shopify users scale their businesses by eliminating time-consuming data entry and providing actionable insights to spur growth. When transactions, fees, and taxes are posted automatically, Shopify users find the time constraints associated with growth eliminated, opening the door to pain-free business expansion. With detailed transaction data, sellers are able to get a more granular view of their financial performance and make better decisions to grow faster.

The fine line between targeting and stalking: Fostering trust and loyalty with transparency

Erik Christiansen, CEO of Justuno

Today’s technological marketer has an endless supply of tools that allow them to track customers across the web and deliver targeted messaging based on their relevant data. One pitfall to consider is the push-back from these customers when they notice they are being tracked by their favorite brands.

In order to get ahead of this, we will discuss the benefits of being transparent with your customers and how to communicate that these tracking efforts are for their benefit. Honesty, transparency, and value can make the difference between a customer saying “Wow, this brand really understands me!” and “Wow, this brand is stalking me!”

During the presentation we will discuss:

  • Current and future trends in prospect tracking and analytics
  • Getting ahead of the coming crackdown on data-privacy and storage
  • Strategies for leveraging transparency to improve customer relationships
  • Best practices for gaining buy-in to organization data policies
  • Methods to incentivize the self-reporting of prospect data
