Mauricio from Urbanara takes us on their journey, highlights encountered pain points and shows what they did to circumvent it.
7:45pm – 8:15pm: "Best Practices for the Email Marketing Conversion Funnel" - Mara Taylor from Newsletter2Go will share tips and tricks for optimizing your email marketing at every stage of the conversion funnel. From open rates to CTR to conversion rates, she'll discuss how to craft your mailings for the best possible KPIs.

About the speakers
Mauricio from Urbanara
Mauricio works at the textile and interior deco online-retailer Urbanara. Since they migrated to Shopify, they have entered several international markets within a short period of time and even opened an own retail store in Düsseldorf. Throughout the past months they have gathered many valuable insights on Shopify from migrating, over internationalization and multi-language stores, to going into retail and are happy to share it with our community.
Mara from Newsletter2Go
Mara works as an online marketing manager for English-speaking markets at Newsletter2Go. She handles email marketing and newsletters on a daily basis. For us, she gathered data from Newsletter2Go's large customer pool and the world of e-commerce email marketing. She'll share these insights as best practices and the do's and don'ts of email marketing. More info here.
