Shawn Jay is a wandering vagabond philosopher searching for the meaning of life. Having failed to find it he moved to Berlin, where he has founded a number of successful comedy clubs including The Last Stand and Rooftop Comedy. His comedy is philosophical, dark and painfully funny. He has toured all over Australia, New Zealand, Asia and Europe, including a full run at the prestigious Edinburgh Fringe Festival where he premiered his solo show. A regular on the European circuit, performing at festivals and in cities across the continent, his unique brand of thought-provoking humour swings from silly to surreal. Come hear his thoughts on everything from apocalypses, pandemics, body hair and Boris Johnson. This is comedy for thinkers. Prepare. Mentally.
