Corporate Pass is for employed folks working at companies with more than 5 people

Individual Pass is for students, people in between jobs, and working professionals at non-profits or startups with 5 or fewer people

Workshop Tuition is extra and costs $150 per workshop. Feel free to purchase workshops and main conference pass separately

Please choose your ticket type mindfully so we have funds to produce a better conference, reimburse speakers and others who needs financial aid, increase diversity, and pay for products and services that make our community-run operation sustainable

  • Only 50 Early Bird Passes are available. Once they're all sold, passes will be available at the regular price and late bird price, while supplies last. After that, a waiting list will be maintained.

  • Tito, PyBay's ticketing partner, uses Stripe to process your payment. If you do not see your e-ticket in your inbox and junk/spam folder, contact us.

  • Refund Policy: You can transfer your ticket to someone else at no charge at any time. Or, if you buy now but cancel before May 31, we’ll refund 75% of your ticket price and dedicate the rest to tickets for diversity scholars and speakers who need registration assistance. If you cancel between June 1 and July 31, you’ll receive a 50% refund, with the other 50% going to our ticket fund.

  • A discounted rate of $219 per night through Sun 8/18 is available for PyBay attendees at the Courtyard Marriott.

  • Advertised speakers are confirmed at this time but are subject to change.

  • Workshops are held at our sponsors Twitter and Microsoft Reactor. Proceeds from workshops will support PyBay and SF Python's operations, not our respective sponsors'.

  • Main talks on August 17-18 are held at UCSF Mission Bay Conference Center. See map below for venue locations.
