Write great OKRs to align teams around what really matters: the customer.

Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) are first and foremost a goal-setting framework. They're simple and powerful - but to get the most out of OKRs, you must learn how to write them well.

This class will teach you how to write great OKRs - ones that are customer-centric, inspirational, concrete, and actionable, and that keep the customer at the center of your organization’s efforts.

Why aren’t your OKRs working?

Too often, OKRs become a checkbox activity. They’re disconnected from real work, strategy, and customer outcomes. This course shows you how to shift OKRs from a reporting tool into a powerful driver of change.
