ABOUT THE SPEAKERS
Rob Khazzam is the CEO and CoFounder of Float. Prior to Float, Rob served as General Manager for Uber Canada after overseeing international expansion and operations for Uber in Central and Eastern Europe from 2014 to 2017. Rob has over 10 years of technology and private equity experience and an HBA from the Ivey Business School at Western University.
Christine Song is the Chief People Officer at Notch and the Founder of TopscaleHR, a boutique HR consulting firm, focused on helping tech startups scale by implementing people strategies that work for fast-growth companies.
Christine has over 15 years of progressive HR and operations experience working in diverse industries from large corporate environments to smaller early-stage tech startups where she spent the last 6 years as an HR executive working with leadership teams to implement effective people strategies.
